Under the leadership of Mr. Greenberg, The Hawbridge School Earth and Sky Club’s first thematic sign has been installed. The theme is astronomy. Original student artwork, Hubble images and a story to tell. This is the first of a proposed six informational signs that will be designed and placed around Saxapahaw. Upcoming sign themes include energy, foods, hydrosphere, geosphere and atmosphere. Our goal is to enhance citizen science and get folks interested in our physical and natural world.
