Eligible employees participate in Teachers’ and State Employees’ Health Insurance and the state retirement program.
Current employees receive a no-cost life insurance policy and have access to group rates on dental and vision insurance.
An annual spending allotment for classroom supplies helps limit or prevent out-of-pocket expenses for teaching materials.
After-school meetings and activities are scheduled mindfully to help preserve faculty members’ personal time.
Employees receive ten days of leave each year, used at personal discretion, with partial pay-back for unused time.

Hawbridge allows teachers to incorporate the outdoors and arts into their teaching. Theatre is a big part of my life outside of school. Our school has access to a lovely outdoor amphitheater. I enjoy being outside and using my interests and talents in the classroom.
