A Relationship-Centered Approach
Restorative Practices help students understand how their choices affect others and how damaged relationships can be repaired.
Throughout their time at Hawbridge, students learn ways to build and maintain healthy relationships, respect personal boundaries and consent, communicate through conflict, and participate constructively in their community.
These skills are not reserved for moments when something has gone wrong. They are part of building a school culture where students learn how to listen, communicate, take responsibility, and care for the communities they share.
